The Emplacement of Tension Machine

  • Haul puller into selected field to put; make incoming line groove of pulling wheel aim to rod tower center as much as possible; the deviation range is ±15°to reduce horizontal load.
  • Anchoring puller. Center stressing direction of anchor bed shall align with stretch direction of anchor in order to make anchor bear pulling force and not bear lateral force. When anchoring, anchor block, steel wire rope loop, shackle, lifting hoist or double hook with above 5-ton stress shall be used; directly pre-tension the anchor after jointing. Pull out the bolt of end leg and adjust the leg to right position.
  • The drum elevator is behind of tensioner into a fan-shaped, 10 meters off the tension machine, one side with brake disc should be putted slower slightly. Anchor the drum elevators.
  • Connect oil inlet pipe and return pipe of tail quick coupling to the hydraulic tail vehicle. Attention that clean the dust and other sundry in the connector to prevent them into hydraulic system.

Special Attention:

  • The force of the tension machine may be large, so it has particularly high request for ground anchor to ensure the reliability of the ground anchor.
  • In mountains and hilly areas, due to the space limitations, the tension machine can’t be in place at the center of the line, it has to be pushed to the right place by manpower. During this process, the potential energy of the machine should be paid particular attention to.
