Fresh cheese production line
Fresh cheese is obtained by acid or pre amine coagulation without ripening stage.
The difference of production line is due to the difference of curd and whey separation technology:
Use bags, according to the traditional method
Centrifugal method
Through ultrafiltration membrane

 

Press and hard cheese production line
Through the mechanization of the working process, the production line of pressed curd cheese is designed and realized.
The main machines that make up the production line are:
Cheese jar
Cheese jar with whey suction
Automatic stamping system
Curd pressing system
Vertical and horizontal presses
Drainage, ripening and pressing device
Brine system

 

White cheese production line
A dairy product, sweet and creamy, with different fat content and high moisture content.
The production line consists of cheese barrels with double transverse and longitudinal cuts. The drainage system moves on the perforated drum and on the plastic belt, in which the clot is separated from whey, and the clot is washed with water. The final stage is the seasoning of curd mixed with cream and seasoning agent.
