Introduction
The
KGD-MQ-512
Direct-Insertion
Oxygen
Analyzer
uses
a
high-precision
zirconia
sensor
and
has
an
integrated
direct-insertion
sampling
design.
It
can
quickly
and
accurately
conduct
on-line
detection
of
the
oxygen
content
in
flue
gas
generated
during
the
combustion
process
of
various
common
combustion
equipment.
This
product
is
widely
applied
in
industries
such
as
petrochemical,
power,
chemical,
steel,
metallurgy,
building
materials,
and
textile.
Through
real-time
on-line
detection
and
analysis,
it
monitors
the
residual
oxygen
content
in
flue
gas
generated
during
fuel
combustion.
By
understanding
the
combustion
degree
of
fuel
in
combustion
equipment,
it
guides
operators
to
adjust
combustion
control,
reduce
waste,
and
lower
energy
consumption,

alarm
set
value,
a
contact
alarm
signal

issued.

internal

the
meter
head

too
high,

temperature
alarm
prompt
will
be
issued.

two
signal
transmission
methods,
RS485
