Robot grab coating gun and plasma form:
The device is grabbed by the robot and the glue nozzle,Firstly, the area where the upper and lower parts of the product need to be glued is subjected to plasma deep cleaning and activated surface treatment.The 6 axis rotation angle is then applied to the plasma treated area.Finally, the mold-infrared tube heats up to activate the glue and hold the pressure to firmly bond the upper and lower parts of the product.
