device

manufactured
on
an
advanced
InGaP
Heterojunction
Bipolar
Transistor
(HBT)
process,

amplifier
provides

of

and

mA.
The
YP3035W
is
assembled
in
a
16-pin,
4×4mm2,
QFN
package.
