Product Description:
Sand castings moulding box is equipped with slide path, positioning holes, limit block, closing pin, etc. In order to complete the sand box shape, transportation, positioning, turning, fit, pouring, sand landing and other functions.
Molding flask Material GG25, GGG50 or welding steel, also named moulding flask, mold flask, sand flask, sand box, which is important tools for foundries using automatic or demi-automatic moulding line. Machined by advanced CNC machines and dimensions controlled by CMM, our products achieve higher accuracy and better interchangeability.
We have more than 20 years experience supplying moulding box to foundries using SINTO, HWS, DISA, KW, GF, FH moulding lines.Meantimes, we have a lot of customers in France, Spain, India, Italy, UAE using our moulding box and pallet car.
