T350C20301 is a color active-matrix thin-film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD) module that adopts amorphous silicon TFT as the switching device. This model consists of TFT liquid crystal panel, driver IC, backlight (BL), and FPC.
This TFT LCD display has an active display area with a diagonal measurement of 3.5 inches (vertical screen), and a resolution of 320(RGB) * 480.
The driver used in this project is ILI9488, which is installed on the glass and drives the display module through components including FPC. It supports multiple interfaces such as SPI/RGB/MCU/MIPI.
This module can also install touch modules such as CTP and RTP. In addition, FPC can be customized according to customer requirements, such as modifying the backlight and CTP structure, interface definition, etc. It complies with RoHS standards and halogen-free.
Response time is the time required for the display to transition from white to black (Rising time, Tr) and from black to white (Falling time, Tf) for additional information.
