1.Description:
This
instrument
adopts
the
internationally
popular
method
of
using
thermal
flow
meters
to
measure
thermal
conductivity
and
thermal
resistance.
It
is
equipped
with
a
computer
to
achieve
fully
automatic
testing
and
generate
experimental
reports.
It
is
redesigned
based
on
the
DRPL-I
type
flat
plate
thermal
flow
meter
for
thermal
conductivity
testing
instrument
produced
by
our
company,
and
is
capable
of
meeting
the
testing
requirements
of
400×400×(5-80)
insulation
bricks.
This
instrument
is
based
on
the
steady-state
plate
method
testing
principle.
A
stable
temperature
is
added
to
the
hot
surface,
and
the
heat
passes
through
the
sample
to
the
cold
surface.
The
transferred
heat
flow
is
measured.
Then,
the
thermal
conductivity
and
thermal
resistance
can
be
calculated
based
on
the
thickness
of
the
sample
and
the
heat
transfer
area.
This
testing
method
is
simple,
fast,
and
has
good
repeatability.
It
is
very
suitable
for
research
and
development
in
material
heat
transfer.
It
can
be
used
for
testing
of
rocks
and
soils,
foams,
cement,
insulation
materials,
etc.,
and
is
widely
applied
in
universities,
research
institutes,
quality
