designed

"Petroleum
asphalt
needle
penetration
test"
for
petroleum
product
testing
methods.
This
instrument
also
complies
with
the
transportation
industry
standard
T604-93
"Asphalt
needle
penetration
test"
and
is
suitable
for
the
cone
penetration
test
of
various
lubricating
greases
and
petroleum
greases.
It
can
also
be
equipped
with
relevant
standard
needle
insertion
parts
for
testing
solid
fine
particles,
powders,
or
colloids,
frozen
bodies,
etc.,
as
well
as
the
inspection
of
food
raw
materials
such
as
cheese,
sugar
gum,
butter,
cream,
fermented
bodies,
etc.
This
instrument
is

applicable

This
instrument
is
used
to
measure
the
cone
penetration
of
lubricating
grease
and
petroleum

viscosity,

needle
penetration
of

wax.
2.
Product
Features
1.
The
Oil
Penetrometer
consists
of
a
base,
a
support,
an
up
and
down
adjustment
mechanism,
a
measuring
mechanism
and
other
parts.
2.
Base
adjustment
mechanism:
The
chassis
is
equipped
with
fine-tuning
anchor
screws
and
leveling
round
bubbles
on
the
surface.
By
adjusting
the
anchor
screws,
the
level
of
the
base
table
can
be
easily
adjusted.
3.
Support
and
up
and
down
adjustment
mechanism:
It
is
composed
of
support
rod,
support
arm
and
up
and
down
electric
adjustment
knobs.
During
the
test,
the
height
of
the
scale
in
the
measuring
mechanism
can
be
adjusted,
with
the
characteristics
of
accurate
adjustment
and
self-locking
at
any
time.
4.
Measuring
mechanism:
It
consists
of
a
digital
scale,
electric
cone
lock,
manual
button
and
timer.
It
has
the
characteristics
of
accurate
measurement,
convenient
observation
and
operation,
and
no
resistance
when
the
cone
slides
down.
